I purchased a ceiling light / fan at a big box retailer and needed an extension down rod. When at the store, I was assured the down rod was the correct size. It was not as the one purchased was 3/4" and I needed 1/2". I called that store, and other big box stores and could not find what I needed, other than on line. Very frustrating. As many know, it is hard to stop an installation like that with no possible resolution for days / weeks. Well, Rodaina made my day.
