We booked Air Force for a convenient date after the holidays. I booked through their webpage request form after a clear quote based on the size of our house. They got back to me that same night to confirm the date and sent details of the service with their quote. They were up front about the disinfectant product being scented, and gave us the opportunity to decline its use. With decent weather then being forecast for this week, I got in touch to ask if they had any openings this week and was given 3 options. The new date was confirmed rapidly, and they asked for a few more details about parking and access to our house. The service team got in touch the next day with an updated ETA and were quite punctual. They took care to cover their shoes and their equipment so as to not soil our home. They seemed to do a thorough job and were efficient. They cleaned up well after themselves and were able to accept payment by credit card tap before leaving. All in all, a very good experience and we would certainly hire them again. Price seemed fair and they did good work.
