Fernbrook Homes customer service is simply horrible, especially after you move in. After you paid money you stop existing for them and you have to be very persistent to get someone doing something. They had to change about 40% of our kitchen cabinets and it took them almost a year to complete it. They were too slow with other minor, but still important repairs. When buying a house in that price range one expects a bit of customer-oriented approach. DO NOT EXPECT IT FROM FERNBROOK. Their favourite trick is finger pointing (that are not us, that are kitchen contractors/electricians/plumbers; here is their phone number.. . )They somehow forget that we were paying to THEM, not to their contractors.
