Was introduced to JJ and Sapphire kitchens through our contractor. Extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. Was able to have a conversion meeting with them any time I had questions about the design, needing to make changes or anything else. They gave us piece of mind throughout the process of creating the cabinets and installation. The quality of the work was unbelievably excellent. Elegant finish, sturdy and clearly meant to last for years. The attention to detail was impressive as well (garbage drawer, using all available space, final touches). A more than a year later, a small issue cropped up with a hinge and without question or hassle, they came back and fixed it (between calling him and fixing it was maybe an hour). When we decided to sell the home, the most difficult thing to do was saying goodbye to that kitchen. That said, we have currently hired them again without hesitation to give us our dream kitchen again.
