Garcia Property Developments did an absolutely amazing job renovating our outdated Victorian-style basement! They completely transformed the space by tearing everything back to the framing. Not only did they install a new bathroom, brand new floors, a custom fireplace, crown moulding, modern style trim and doors, and a speaker and sound system in the ceiling, but they also completed the project under time by a week! The attention to detail and quality of work were exceptional. What really stood out to us was the outstanding communication and customer service from Ryan and David from the development team. They were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had throughout the entire renovation process.
