We had the unfortunate happen when our toliet malfunctioned and flooded causing water damage throughout our home. We were extremely stressed out and didn't know where to start. We called The Restorators and Mark came to the rescue. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and very empathic about our situation. Mark and his crew worked day in and day out to ensure our home was brought back to life, he handled our insurance claim even when they were pushing back Mark did not give up he fights for home owners that may not be as knowledgeable about insurance claims and guided us in the right direction to ensure we were treated with respect and got everything we deserved. The crew...Ron, Gabriel, and Armondo were absolutely amazing! They treated us with respect always with a smile and helping hand. They truly went above and beyond our expectations, they worked so hard to make sure we were happy throughout the entire rebuild and even went out of their way to help us move items to and from our rental home. We have never met or heard of contractors that go above and beyond like The Restorators have done. We 100% recommend them without a doubt too bad there were only 5 stars to rate them these guys deserve 100 stars!
