I had a bizarre furnace issue and had never used HomeStars. I put in the description to my problem and a few services contacted me but Sean was the only repair person who actually called and spoke to me directly. He was prompt and courteous (always nice) as well as professional and casual at the same time. I like it when people explain what they're doing and this was no exception. All in all it was a positive experience and I would pass on his information to anyone who would need it.
