Great layout; great sales person; decent warranty techs. Thats it for the good news. Pathetic construction; zero construction oversight; bottom-feeder trades; zero project management; customer service a misnomer and profoundly disappointing; deficiency repairs substandard. Serious roof leaks; floor to ceiling foundation cracks/leaks (right through foundation wall); walls bowed; walls not vertically level. PDI a joke - told not to worry, just put on 30-day Tarion submission. Tarion only honours PDI - the balance is contractual between homeowner and Starward. Starward plays this like a symphony. Original owner would be ashamed.
