I had a Bell TV (satellite) installed at my house about 2 months ago and I had Leon from Connextions come out to do the installation. I was very impressed on how punctual and professional he was (he even called me in the morning to confirm the installation). Before the installation took place I showed Leon all of the tv locations and Leon gave me multiple options for the dish location and also showed me how the cables would be installed on the house. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make my decision as to how I would like the installation done. Leon made things very easy for me and when the installation was completed he brought me outside to show me the work he did on the house and it was completed just as he said it would be done. He also gave me and my family a full tutorial on how to use the system as well as the navigation for the pvr receiver as we were brand new to the Bell TV system. When it came time to pick a package for my programming Leon broke it down for me in the simplest terms which made it very easy to decide what channel package we wanted. I would recommend Connextions for any Bell TV installation and also for service issues. Great Job !!!!!
