Major Renovation + Basement Suite Addition
The team at Agarwood helped us with the major renovation to an investment property we purchased in Hamilton. They completed extensive updates to the main floor unit, including: a new kitchen, bathroom, floor and paint. They also created a brand new basement suite with a separate hydro meter, a beautiful new kitchen, bathroom and two new bedrooms. The process was flawless and their communication was top-tier. Upfront, they provided me a very fair budget and a reasonable timeline, and then they did the unthinkable - they completed the project on time and within the original budget. These guys are rockstars; I could not recommend them highly enough.
