Our move with Campbell was terrible. They arrived late, and worked slowly, saying they had worked until 2am the night before. They kept saying the truck would be large enough, then decided at 3pm they needed another trip, just in time for rush hour traffic. The move took and cost twice as long. They did not leave until 4am. They claimed I had no recourse since they didn't do an on-site estimate. The movers themselves were courteous, but we never got any satisfaction from customer service or their claims department - just blamed for not doing an on-site estimate when their salespeople made it sound very optional. Beware - get someone to come do an estimate, or they may well double your time and costs.
