We contracted Alan and Envision to do a design and permit for an addition to our house. I believe the design portion was subcontracted and the work was acceptable. Alan was paid to do engineering and permitting but never applied for a permit. A survey was invoiced but never attained because it was never paid for by Envision. Communication was very poor. Very poor management and very poor contractor.
