We had a new home built by them several years ago and we found that the customer service was severely lacking post-sales. The quality of the home was not what I would have expected. As long as it was "up to code" they were unwilling to fix any items, even if it was a huge cosmetic flaw (like a wall not being straight). Attempting to retrive my deposit for items not done (ie. rough in for a future washroom in the basement) and grading was like pulling teeth. Regardless of the quality of their materials, the staff at the Fernbrook head office have soured my experience with them.
