Nelson is a true professional in providing detailed information & excellent workmanship. Nelson advises his client, via pictures and verbally, on current damages and prior to replacing damaged boards. Providing detail information on types and how many roof vents are required that would benefit the longevity of the roof structure. His detail to and installing shingles makes Nelson is a true master at his job. Nelson went above and beyond my expectations. This roof we are confident,will last you 20 plus years ..as intake ventilation is now optimum.
1)All open soffits ( plus baffles in place )
2) maximum vents
3)4seasons solar vents .
4)drip edge and grace ice water shield ( to really seal roof edge/vents /valleys/chimney )
5) whole roof cover with synthetic underlayment .
6 ) new plywood.
7) rafters reinforcement.
And lots more ,to make sure you have the best quality roof .
