Inspection of our home prior to purchase
I highly recommend NIR Real Estate Inspections. The company owner, IB, not only conducted a thorough inspection and wrote a comprehensive report. He took the time to explain what he had found during the inspection. He has followed up by helping us with questions from the home insurance company. I would use NIR again and would recommend it without hesitation.
