I had noticed that singles on my garage roof were showing signs of delimitation and knew this needed to be addressed. I hoped that it was just the garage that needed attention. Now I need to find a trustworthy roofer. Luckily for me, a neighbour down the street whom I drove past every morning but didnt know personally, was a roofer. I stopped by at 6:50 am as Fabio, the owner of Olympia Roofing was headed off to work and requested he assess my roof. He responded quickly. What I didnt realise was that one side of the main roof was also delimitating. Fabio explained the dilemma, provided a reasonable price and then replaced the shingles of my entire roof within days. His professional crew installed a quality roof, and cleaned up the debris. Other than a brand new roof, there was no sign theyd been on the property.
