Great experience and would recommend
Would definitely recommend Colligan contracting - I work for a property management company and had a property we managed remotely and needed assistance with some repairs in a rental unit. They provided up front quote with very reasonable budget and suggestion on repair , kept communication open during the process and promptly submitted invoice when complete for all services approved.
