Right from architect to permits to inspections everything was taken care of . The end to end process was seamless 2. Excellent building materials. By default u are given upgraded material. Many builders upcharge and cut corners . Balwinder loves his work. Makes sure it pleases his heart first . So quality comes first over cost. 3. Prompt finishing. There were no delays and in many situations he went above and beyond . Closely monitored every little finish. Him being a perfectionist only proves beneficial to us 4. Vendor manageement. He uses top of the line vendors. Frameless glassdors. Top notch potlights. Matching finishes such as washroom doors and handles with high grade matte finishes. And a fully tiled italian marble backspash were included. 5. Excellent design and aesthetic sense.
