Ahmed has done a good job - replacing broken vent cap with new one. This is bathroom exhaust Vent on second floor height and located in the Soffit. Ahmed analyze the work properly and did it well. He even applied caulking to ensure no minor gaps left out. He is a nice guy and did quick reply to my messages. He also shared other useful information about home maintenance. Job done at good price.
