Due to the incredible ratings and reviews received on Homestars, we contacted Manny to get a quote for our home - we never did get a second quote. He was so enthusiastic and professional, we knew he would do an amazing job. He and his team did not disappoint!! Manny managed to squeeze us in to his already-packed schedule - they showed up every day ON TIME and worked tirelessly to finish the job. Each day, they cleaned the yard before they left. My husband and I (and all of our neighbours!!) were so impressed with the quality of their work - the trim around the windows and doors was PERFECT; the downspouts were re-routed to be out of the way and to be more discreet; they touched up any minor imperfection with matching paint. They went above and beyond in addressing issues that were outside the scope of the project, even trimming out and siding the trap door to our crawl space!! Manny suggested the siding colour (iron ore) and recommended that we contrast the white soffit with iron ore fascia and eavestrough/downspouts - after much debate, we went with his suggestions. The result is that our house looks modernized, and very classy (as one neighbour offered); we even like the red brick on our house now!!!! We would HIGHLY recommend Manny and his team to anyone requiring this kind of work. It was a pleasure to work with Manny, Ardian, and Jandy (sorry if I misspelled your names!) - true craftsmen who take exceptional pride in their work!!

Greg (the owner) designed and installed an irrigation system in our front and back yards, including gardens. He came recommended to us by my stepsister. Initially, we were a bit leery, as he had to delay our install by a day due to a leak at one of his commercial clients - but he came the next day, at the appointed time, and focussed on our project for the next 3 days until it was completed. We were VERY impressed by the care he and Sean took during the installation to carefully lift and replant any plants/flowers that had to be moved; similarly, when they were finished, it was hard to tell where the lines were installed, as the impact on the lawn was negligible. These 2 guys worked hard!! We have a lot of trees on our property (50+ year old neighbourhood) and a lot of the trenching had to be done by hand. When finished, Greg ran a trial of the 5 zones (we were very pleased by the coverage!) and patiently showed us how to operate the Rain Bird modular controller. They used top-quality lines, heads and controller; the price includes installation of a rain sensor and winter shutdown. Greg and Sean were both professional and personable. And, on top of the great job and terrific service, the final price beat the competition by a long shot!! We would HIGHLY recommend Waterboy Irrigation (and, in fact, have been recommending them to family and friends).
