We purchased our home with a "finished basement" (handyman special) that was neither functional or attractive. We had Basement Builders (and several others) provide ideas for improvement (with quotes) and felt BB offered best value. We were THRILLED with their communication, delivery, and workmanship from start to finish (and we are fussy homeowners!). We have gone through other, substantial reno's and Basement Builders far exceeded the best of our previous experiences. I will unquestionably use them again if the opportunity presents itself.

Leoken's polite and professional team made quick, clean work of our raised, backyard cedar pergola. For both privacy and protection from the wind, they suggested a louvered design on two-sides which looks great and, more often than not, we've used one-side (or both) to make our outdoor relaxation all the more enjoyable. Since it was built in July, we've spent time on most days in our new oasis. Even our dogs go out for some shaded nap time! We got multiple quotes for the project and Loeken offered good value as well as a job expertly done. We will be happy to use Loeken again.
