Having a home wreck while you are out of town is something I won't wish on my worst enemies but we found ourselves in that situation. A burst pipe flooded our home and being a first time home owner, we had no idea where to turn to. We were introduced to Mark from The Restorators by one of our family friends when we broke the news. Mark not only deployed his staff on war footing but the details to find the leak, ensuring safe keeping of our belongings and respecting our home. The first few days were a pain to understand but he took care of the insurance navigation, advising us on the temporary stay arrangements and so on. We lost a good amount of time but what I admire the most is open communication and no false promises. This was a stressful time and while the rescue operation ended, the rebuilding took time. We are now close to the finish line and very excited to enjoy our home!! Thank you The Restorators
