From the moment Michael walked in and gave us a complete and professional quote for our basement renovation we knew he was our guy. He created an ambitious schedule he kept to it. His team from designers, framers, plumbers, drywallers were exceptional. He saw things that didnt meet his standards and fixed them before we noticed. Michael and his team were ALWAYS accessible and responsive. Sometimes it unexpected happens, it was remedied immediately. (And even when I changed my mind on something, he thoroughly explained the impact on cost and timing). We are absolutely thrilled with our basement.
