Great staff! Very courteous and professional. Had a few estimates for our window and patio door installation in our condo and Parviz was by far the most informative. He brought a sample window to show us the features of the product and answered all our questions. He even offered us a seniors discount which was very helpful. Patio doors took a little longer than expected to arrive from out east but once they arrived an installation date was quickly booked. Installation staff were punctual and very professional. Oleg and his partner were very clean and tidy and no mess was left behind. Oleg was very precise and professional with the installation and answered all our questions. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and the finished product looks great. Since the windows and doors were just installed this week I have no idea how they will hold up long term but we were assured we have a 25 year warranty and to call if we have any issues. We are very pleased with the whole process and I have already passed their name on to a friend.
