Tome Bros are awesome. We just had Joe & John in again to help us move some furniture and they are great. Quick, efficient, polite. I have no hesitations recommending them to friends and family every time someone asks for a great moving company.
Called Tom on the basis of his other Homestar reviews and he totally lived up to them. Came a couple of hours later, examined our lock, explained what was wrong and then installed new lock and cut new keys for us immediately. Very kind attitude combined with professional service. Can't ask for more than that!
These guys are so good this is my second 'thumbs up' for them. Last time I used them, I was pregnant, this time I called because my now-1 1/2 year old threw something down the toilet and blocked it completely. Again, Jerry and then Paul were on time, polite and professional. They gave us some recommendations on further improvements to make to our toilets and an idea on how to stop leaks in the basement. They could have quoted me thousands of dollars to damp-proof it but instead told me that getting someone to pour cement would be our best bet. I appreciate their honesty.
John is a really good guy who actually cares about his work. He helped us not only with our inspection but also gave us references for other tradespeople - even six months later. He is very knowledgeable and won't advise you to do anything that would cost you money unneccesarily. That makes us really happy!
Blocked pipe causing leak into basement w/sewerage
These guys were recommended by our house inspector and were EXCELLENT. Paul came out on a Sunday - DID NOT CHARGE despite being there an hour because he could not get through the blockage. Second guy Lonnie came out on Tuesday and got through and then recommended the camera guy to come and double check what the problem is afterwards so we can make sure it doesn't happen again. I'm 7 months pregnant and really appreciated the fact that they both Paul and Lonnie took their shoes on and off (and on and off and on and off) each time they went down to the basement and also cleaned up most of the muck after they'd finished. Great guys, great price. $159 all-in.
