A surprises along the way, there are always surprises in a big reno, were dealt with immediately with no obfuscation. There was excellent communication from his side as well. The workmanship was excellent and any concerns I had were addressed promptly and in a manner both sides could live with. Overall Eoin and his crew were a pleasure to partner with and I have since engaged his talents in custom book shelves which I couldnt be more pleased with.
