Bryan and his brother came at the expected time and got to work right away taping off all the walls and cabinetry in my kitchen to start the work. I had about 400sq ft of stone to be cleaned, polished and sealed. The floors were in very good shape but had dulled over the years and I wanted them returned to their original shine. They spent 5 hours diligently doing the work required and then cleaned up after the job. The floors look AMAZING! Thank you Bryan and co. Great job. I would recommend Marble Shine to my friends. I met Dylan 5 years ago while he was painting the exterior of the stucco house across the street from my old house in Oakville (yes they paint exterior stucco too!). His crew did some inside painting for me and then I moved to another home later that year that required extensive painting. Dylan and his crew painted the exterior of my home in less than a week (2 coats) and were professional and really did an exceptional job. Mike who is his most experienced painter is amazingly talented and discussed any issues with me. They clean up when they leave and not a drop of paint ends up on anything. Every room inside my home including the finished basement was repainted over a period of several weeks. Mike's work is exceptional when it comes to free hand cut lines on ceilings and around door frames. This past week they repainted my exterior balcony frame, post, window frames and upper railings prior to staining the deck. The job was started in very hot late August weather and they hand scraped the wood back to its original base in order to ensure a good paint grip with the new paint. The results are spectacular. The deck required a brightener and deck wash which was completed with great care to not spray the surrounding gardens. 48 hours later Mike and Jason arrived to stain the entire deck by hand. I thought it would take 2 days but they worked hard and (hand brushed!) over 400 sq ft of deck staining including railing and skirting in 8 hours. It looks absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier. The deck is pressure treated brown sienna so the cedar stain looks rich and maintains that medium golden brown natural looking colour. The Muskoka chairs in the pictures were also stained by Dylan and Mike last summer and over wintered in snow and ice last year and still look new. They really do a great job and I have used Dylan's team exclusively now for all interior and exterior painting in 2 homes. I have referred Dylan to several friends who have also experienced great service and results. Dylan's job quotes are very reasonable and fair for the work required. I 100% recommend him and particularly Mike for interior rooms.

I found P&P Renovations on Home Stars and after reviewing all the great reviews about P&P I contacted Nataneal Perera by email and he responded right away. After a site review I rec'd the quote for my kitchen renovation which involved dismantling existing cupboards, removing a peninsula counter, removing granite and relocating all plumbing and electrical to a new 12' centre island that was being custom built. I also had a very large opening put in to the wall between the living room and kitchen to open the space up and allow for a better flow between rooms. Nataneal Jr arrived with his crew on the day the job started and laid plywood across all my hardwood floors to protect them and also installed plastic tarps around the rooms which would be affected by drywall dust when the wall was taken down. When they cut into the wall to start the opening it was discovered that the upstairs plumbing stack when straight through the centre of the wall along with electrical and the central vac pipes. Nataneal always had solutions to problems they encountered during the renovation whether it was plumbing, electrical or general construction issues. They worked hard, completed the job on time, were very trustworthy, polite and respectful (I work from home) and finished within budget and my new kitchen is spectacular! They even cleaned up after the job was done including washing down all cupboards, counters and the tile floors. I would definitely recommend them and would use them for another renovation.
