I was so pleased to have Robb's Renos meet with me the day following my call to discuss the deck project. The original deck was designed and built by my husband over twenty years ago and had some 'sentimental' features. Dan was sensitive to my wishes in the deck construction for which I am grateful. In particular, the design of the hand rails was modernized. Also, I was impressed with Dan's design feature of placing two 'spines' at right angles to the eight foot horizontal boards which eliminated any joins. My preference was to have 'square' lattice installed around the lower deck and a fixed bench installed next to the bay window, plus a hand rail down the rear steps - it all looks great. Dan was always available to answer my questions and consult with me if he had any concerns. Dan's crew arrived at 8am, Monday through Friday, completing the demolition and deck rebuild in five days. Also of note was the fact that at the end of each day the job site was neat and tidy. Robb's Renos are great to work with and I am delighted to enjoy a glass of wine on my new deck. Thank you. D.
