Ivan came by my house because our roofing shingles were curling up and he let us know that it could cause a ton of water damage. He sent us his website info and contact info and gave us a quote and explained the work he would be doing and reassured us that he would do a thorough clean up with no damage to our gazebo which is only made of polycarbonate plastic. Although it took Ivan a couple of days to do the roof replacement and clean up, it was well worth it as he did an amazing job! Our next door neighbour (we own half of a side by side duplex) had his roof done by another company and they did an awful job and left a ton of debris in the eavestroughs which could have caused a lot of ice damage to our roof as the debris would have clogged the downspouts. Ivan noticed this potential problem and let us know about it which we never would have known existed because we never go up on our roof. He cleared the eavestroughs (our side and the neighbour's side). I am not sure what other people are willing to do when replacing their roof, but I want peace of mind which Ivan gave us. Best service we ever had from a contractor. You are a god send Ivan, so thanks for doing our roof!
