We were referred to Dellers Heating by a friend after she had a positive experience. We required a service call and potential repair for our A/C. I received a quick response and the customer service was excellent. Kyle was so kind and helpful during the service call, which they were able to schedule quickly. Although we did end up needing a new air conditioner, Kyle was able to offer some temporary suggestions to hopefully make it through the rest of the summer. We really appreciated that he didnt make us feel like he was prioritizing the sale of a new unit. Its clear that Dellers values integrity and we will absolutely be using their services in the future for A/C and heating.
