Mitch showed up on time to investigate our situation and provided very helpful advice. He completely understood our concerns and recommended several alternative options for us to consider. When we decided to change the liner, he led the team very efficiently. Ken, Ciaran and Courtney, they are reliable and skillful, working very carefully and attentive to details. They worked professionally on each step of the work. We have met several other people, but Mitch is the best one, with reasonable price and effcient working schedule. He managed to get our liner changed very soon, and we have the chance to enjoy the very last two weeks of the summer. We are glad that we chose him.

My husband and I are impressed with his professional attitude and his commitment to complete his task to a high standard and make his clients happy. He is an honest man, charging reasonable fee. He is not like some other people that I met, who would confuse their clients and then charge more. While several other handymen said that our job was complicated and would take more than half a day (and so, of course, charging 1k+ or even 2k+), James said he could get it down in two hours, as it was such a "simple and small job". He did it, all on his own, and did it neat and tidy, no cutting corners. We believe that's because HE IS GOOD AT THIS! Before he left, he double checked the site to see whether he had collected all the screws and nails. He also helped us to dump some other stuff that we did not need. We really apprecaite that. I have already book him for another job for my house. I will also strongly recommend him to all my friends.
