Brian had done work at our condo unit, everything was ok until we had requested his plumbing license number and insurance information as our condo corp requested this to provide us a refund for the services. We contacted Brian by email included the invoice he provided, no response. We contacted him by phone, he would answer and pretend he couldnt hear us, so we called back and he blocked our numbers. Weve called multiple times, he will not respond. Makes wonder if he is even licensed. Its completely unprofessional how he has acted and I do not recommend using he services.
