This was a project that lasted approximately 8 months from the day I randomly walk through their office in Orleans to the day the kitchen work was completed, working with a third-party affiliated contractor. Working with the designer (Earl) has been a positive experience. He was creative and proposed a few good plans or ideas to start with. The preferred one was further developed, with patience and informed guidance. The custom-made cabinets were ready on time as per the contract. However, the contractual date was adjusted several times before signing the final plans. I experienced an issue with the installation of one of the countertop, but they took good care of fixing it quickly. Im really satisfied with the end result: the design is excellent and the quality of the product meets my expectations. No issue experienced after 6 months so far. All friends and family love it!
