Stephen was very professional in presenting the product line and services his company carried and is very patient in answering any of our questions promptly with detailed explanations. He also offered recommendations like shingle quality, style and color based on our needs and budget. Alex and his team completed all work seamlessly in one day as promised. Pictures of work-in-progress on the roof were sent to my phone to keep us posted. Stephen dropped by in early afternoon to check out the work and answer any concerns we had. The team did all the cleaning and disposal afterwards as agreed. Also rolled the magnet to pickup nails from my lawn as the final wrap up.
