We had this company attend our townhouse complex last year to test smoke alarms and sprinklers. We were very clear with what we wanted them to do. On the day they arrived, despite the fact it was not good weather, not one technician took their dirty shoes off or put on "booties" to prevent soiling on floors and/or carpets. No one from this company acted professionally and in some instances were downright rude. That was only part of it. There is no way I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our 20 unit townhouse complex contracted Sears to replace our roof, gutters and skylights. The work is over 50% complete and we are very happy with their service and quality of work. There have been some glitches, as expected in any project this size, but they have been excellent at rectifying!!! I have referred them already to other projects. Jonathan Ross is EXCELLENT!
