Edmond was a thorough professional in his approach to this work. Right from visiting the site for assessment, to suggesting options and then giving a quote, he was clear what he was getting into and what the options were. He clearly discussed the approaches and did not push for any option, leaving for me (the customer) to decide. His pricing was competitive and he was ready to walk away to not compromise on quality. Last but not the least, he eventually completed the job before time and with great quality. He was punctual on his job and if delayed, he would message beforehand to make sure.
