I am disabled and was evicted from my home, so I needed to book a full service move. Knowing how difficult the move would be for me, I looked for the best rated company and was willing to pay up to ensure a smooth move. Unfortunately that was not what happened. The packing went well, but it seemed that the only member of the crew with logistics experience left after that, and the actual move was a disaster. Somehow it took longer to move one block up the street than it did to move from Kitchener into the unit I moved out of. The crew was very nice, but the organization of the move was terrible, with movers wasting hours walking my belongings over rather than loading a truck and not paying attention to the boxes I had clearly marked to go into my storage locker (which was right near the loading dock) and bring them all the way up to my unit on the other side of the building nearly a block away and up many floors. Worst of all, the move was not completed before 6pm when my building shut down the loading elevator, forcing me to leave half my belongings in the loading dock overnight. The staff was kind and tried very hard, but the lack of an experienced logistic planner for my move made it go way over budget, and I wound up paying nearly $8000 for an extremely stressful, unprofessional, botched move. I cannot recommend and will not be using them again.

Despite the crew working in 40+ degree weather conditions with N95 masks as per your request, they still upheld a positive attitude and did their best to work with the circumstances given. Thank you for acknowledging the crew's can-do attitude. We do our very best to accommodate our clients in any way, and make their move day as stress-free as possible. Unfortunately we were unaware of the restrictions with your elevator reservation. With that being said, your team did arrive the next day to complete the unpacking service, and move all of your contents from the loading area to your home. We can understand why you feel as though we let you down, however we have been trying to get in contact to you via phone and email to try and rectify the situation for you, with no response.
