Ivan is not your typical contractor. He responded to my online request in 15 minutes and was at my place within 2 hours to complete the inspection. He quickly identified the needed repairs and after giving my consent to have the work done, the repairs were completed. I am more than satisfied. Professional, considerate and friendly.
