I contacted Luca and he came over the next day, spending time explaining all my options clearly and thoroughly that I was able to make a decision while he was there. He responded promptly throughout the process. The day of the instal, he showed a high level of professionalism and also pride in his work. I am thrilled with the work he did and the new door. Even my teenage son who is hard to impress was enthusiastic about it! I would highly recommend using his service.

We had a defunct gas control valve and after leaving messages and never hearing back from other companies (even one was supposed to show and went MIA), I called Keith, who called me back right away and fixed the issue within hours. He was honest, respectful of the house and wanted to do the job correctly.

Avoid this retailer. I bought a bathroom vanity here as it was the only vanity that I could find that would fit the space I had. The delivery was late and the drivers rude. Within 6 months, the hinges were broken and the vanity wobbled. I had to call 4 times and come in person to the showroom to get them to order replacement hinges which I then had to come personally pick up. I will never purchase anything from them and suggest all potential customers avoid this store.

Straight Up was the only company that came to give me a quote on time and that level of service continued throughout the duration of their work. Tony and his crew were polite, honest and hard working. I trusted them throughout the entire process and I cannot say the same for may other companies I have dealt with.
