While working on the neighbour's roof, Michael, the business owner, noticed some damage on my roof. He approached me personally, politely, and professionally. He was so friendly and polite. He even gave me several pictures and apologised for intruding (which he wasn't at all). He didn't pressure me at all and didn't even ask for the job. Instead, he simply stated that their was damage to my roof and he left it at that. I was impressed right from the beginning. I quickly called around to the roofers that did the original work (Alpine; they clearly did horrible work and they didn't live up to their commitments as stated in the contract. What am supposed to do, sue them?). I called Michael (Top Level Roofing) back and asked for an estimate. His estimate was competitive and his professionalism was first class. On the scheduled work day, he arrived on time, did the work, and explained everything that he did in a quiet, friendly manner. He even went out of his way to repair damage that was immediately visible. So, he over delivered on his commitments and that is a refreshing change for his industry. I highly recommend Michael and Top Level Roofing. They are professional, kind, and friendly. Their prices are competitive and the service is as their company name states: top level.

As a first time home buyer, I wasn't too sure what to expect from a home inspection. I was very pleasantly surprised. Sureview's Michael Greenberg is a master professional. On the day of the inspection, Michael arrived 5 minutes early and introduced himself to me. He explained the process and immediately got down to work. Throughout the inspection, which was very thorough, Michael took the time to explain the issues he discovered - both the good and the bad. I had several questions of my own, all of which Michael answered politely, patiently and with great detail. I quickly realized that I was dealing with a true professional. I was impressed with the fact that Michael made sure that he was working for me - the buyer. His priority was clearly my satisfaction, not the agent's, not the seller's. At the end of the inspection, Michael reviewed all of his findings with me and gave me a copy of his report, including all of the photographs he took during the inspection. I should also mention that, in my particular case, Michael's fee paid for itself 10-fold. I'm not sure if that will happen for everyone, but for me, this was a very worthwhile investment. Bottom line: I highly recommend Sureview and Michael Greenberg. My experience was 100% positive.
