I was looking to have 400 sq/ft of floating engineered hardwood installed at my condo, and I found Floors Done Right through a social media group. I couldn't be happier with how professional and helpful Michael has been. From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. He answers right away, shows up earlier than expected and is highly detail-oriented. His patience is refreshing, especially coming from someone as meticulous as me, and he truly cares about his craft. He's taken the time to fulfill my vision, and has done an exceptional job in all aspects of the install. His work is most certainly reflective of his 30 years of experience. When the colour of the flooring I ordered didn't pan out as I'd imagined, he invested additional time (when he most certainly didn't have to) to re-lay some of the boards to try to match the aesthetic I envisioned in my head (and that is not an easy task!) l've also just completed trade school, and he took it upon himself to take the time to mentor me and show me the flooring installation process first hand on my own home. I could not be more appreciative! It has been so very educational and helpful. He is kind and considerate, which is a breath of fresh air in this industry. From someone who is quite high maintenance and design-driven when it comes to designs and builds, I highly recommend his services and will continue to use him for future projects and refer others to him as well!
