UPDATE: We have had substantial leaking in one of our new windows when it rains. These windows are a few weeks old. We have also noticed gaps and holes in the caulking in areas around most of the windows between the window frame and stucco. Service was already sent to repair the caulking, but we are still seeing gaps, including above our leaking window. Service is booked again (6 days after leaking began) to only look at the one window (we have been told that is all they’ll have time for). We are hoping to have our caulking issues promptly resolved and faulty caulking replaced, not just continually patched. Hoping to have our faith in Supreme Windows renewed. Supreme Windows was a great experience from beginning to end. Tom was wonderful to work with making sure we would be getting exactly what we wanted, and making sure we understood the process. Our install team - Dimitri, Christel, Ian & Jay were fantastic at answering any questions, solving issues as they arose (that stemmed from oddities and problems with our house) and doing an impeccable job. This crew really went above and beyond in many ways and our windows look better than we could have imagined - inside and outside. I can't say enough great things about this crew. We also had the pleasure of meeting service Tech Chris due to a finishing door trim piece that arrived after our window install. Chris was knowledgeable, checked over all our windows and screens, and made sure all questions were answered.

The Men In Kilts were professional, efficient, and did a wonderful job. I wanted my 20+ year stucco cleaned, and after attempting to remove a long baked-in stain, they were honest about how effective their cleaning would be, saving me hundreds. It is not their lack of cleaning service, it is my neglected stucco. I appreciated their honesty. I was also impressed with their respect for privacy and treatment of my property. I love this company, and have hired them for years. The service keeps getting better!

I used this company eight months ago to tidy up my carpets when my baby was born. The technician at the time was wonderful, no complaints and friendly service. This past month however the technician that came to my house was terrible. My carpets were not well done, my wood floors had puddles, my kitchen cabinet broke off after the sink was used to refill the machine. I was solicited about a side job for vent cleaning, and in order to include a service that I had already been quoted on, the technician requested a tip on two occasions. I was left feeling very uncomfortable in my own home. The company itself I felt handled this poorly as they only offered to send another technician to redo the missed areas. I would not recommend this company at all.
