The job was supposed to be completed in 10 days as per the contract . Its been 45 days and the work is still not completed . Contractor took all the money and tokd he has placed the order for the bakcony railing tinted glass and will take 14 days. Its been 12 days since he told me that he has placed the order and when I called the glass company , they said they are still waiting for the contractor to give them the measurements . I tried calling him and he didn't answer and didn't call back or answered to my text . Homerail company also tried calling him and he didn't respond to them either, I am not happy with the way this company has dealt with this landscaping project.

First of all the project was going to take 10 day, but you add other stuff such as the concrete and the extended fence for the driveway 2 gates.
The balcony was going to be wood and you took one week until you decide you want to do a railing .
Other than that, I would've finished the job with the two weeks But the job will not be a good quality as much as what you get . So what I want you to understand is everything takes time and thank you so much for your feedback. We will look forward to have a better communication.
