Many issues with the concrete chipping, discolouring, cracking within 1 year of the new installation. Driveway was installed April/May 2022. In April 2023, when driveway was to be resealed, many issues were noted. Heather came to the house to look and suggested we leave the driveway for a few weeks to see if any changes occurred. Nothing changed, chipping is worse, discolouration throughout driveway and on cut lines. I have tried to be in contact with them for the past 3 - 4 months, asking them to come and assess the work. No one has shown up. Pictures were sent and I was advised, by Heather, they had the pictures and could make a decision based on pictures. Still no response from them upon many text messages sent directly to Heather. All we are looking for is for them to show some ownership of the work they have done, come back to the house and assess the driveway and offer a solution. Winter is approaching once again, and I fear the driveway will deteriorate even further.
