Dimitri was always quick to reply which I really appreciated. The crew did the job in 1 day which was important to me, and when I first saw the job I was very happy. Then I had to spend over an hour cleaning paint off the floor and windows. I started noticing that they weren't as careful as I had hoped they would be. For the price I paid I am disappointed with these mistakes.

Hello Aviva.
You just bought the apartment and you probably didn't know about the paints on the floor and the dirty electrical outlets. The company has before and after photos.
Also, the company offers a service for any issues after the job is finished.
But you never contacted the company about these problems and you didn't give us the opportunity to explain or help you.

Wonderful experience with mold.ca from start to finish. Gregg came out the day after I first spoke with the company. Gregg was knowledgeable, and set my mind at ease right away. Luckily he told me that the mold was minor enough to handle myself, and gave great instructions on what to do. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do I will absolutely use mold.ca again.
