Our third time working with Mark,Wes and the rest of Mark's outstanding crew. This was our largest job with Coverall and they exceeded our expectations. 7 men ( including Mark) stripped and re shingled our entire roof in 2 days. The crew are very nice, respectful of our property and our neighbours' property and extremely hard working. The final product is outstanding and Mark's shingle colour suggestion is perfect. As part of a renovation earlier this year Coverall Roofing was engaged by our contractor to replace a flat roof. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the owner, Mark Lyons and his crew that when it became apparent that the 40 year old eavestroughs required replacement I called Mark. Once again, outstanding work by Mark and his crew. Installation was done quickly and quietly. The crew, just like in the past was polite. Our grounds were left cleaner then they were when Coverall arrived. When our sloped roof shingles need to be replaced I will go to Coverall Roofing.

Excellent, creative designs for the kitchen. Terrific craftmanship in the building of cabinet doors, boxes and installation of same. Great attention to detail. Extremely diligent in on site measurements and supervision of installation.

Our contractor found Mark and his crew. We read his ratings on HomeStars and decided to obtain a quote. Mark's quote was clear in terms of the work to be done and his cost was reasonable. The whole team, led by Mark (who delayed his vacation by a day (not at our request) to make sure all was done perfectly were great. The work was performed as specified. After their clean up, you would never know Mark and his crew was here, except for a brand new flat roof! We will use Mark and his company in the future and recommend him without hesitation..

We are undergoing renovations and had to turn on the heat so wanted to get the ducts cleaned out. Susan was our first point of contact. She was professional and reassuring. Aiden was our next point of contact: He arrived right on time, was thorough, polite, also professional and worked well with our renovator's workers. We will have him back anytime and will definitely request Aiden for our next duct cleaning.

We woke up Saturday morning with no hot water pressure. The hot water heater is 4 years old and has worked perfectly since we bought it. Our regular plumber had retired and had referred his business to MTC Plumbing. Troy called us back within minutes of our call to our old plumber's call service. He came to our home, determined the issue (he had seen something like our problem before) and within one hour had everything working perfectly. The water pressure is much greater than it ever has been. Troy took the time to explain to me the cause and what he did to repair the problem. Troy is very pleasant, personable and extremely polite. He is our go to plumber from now on and we would be pleased to recommend him.
