I would give 0 stars if I could. Gil (sales person) only cared until he was paid. To begin with he falsely promised two week lead time for the blinds and it ended up being four. Then one of the battery motors was faulty and he came to tell me that I didn't charge it when that's what I did multiple times. He agreed to replace it and said that the lead time would be 3/4 weeks. After the 4 weeks I followed up with him and he said they hadn't arrived yet. 3 months went by with no news, I decided to call the motors manufacturer myself (Alpha Motors) and ask about my warranty request and it turns out Domir blinds never requested a replacement for me. Gil had been dishonest all the time. Alpha Motors very kindly sent a replacement motor without me paying a penny and it got delivered to my doorstep in 3 days coming all the way from California. For whoever is reading this, stay away from this terrible company. One of the worst customer services I've seen in my life.
