Purchased a 24 x 32 building kit from Zig at Viking in the spring of 2022. Zig took care of all the drawings, permits, material ordering/delivery, and inspections in a timely and professional manner. The foundation and post installation happened earlier than expected, a lucky break that gave us the whole summer for the build. The kit instructions and drawings were clear and Zig was always available to answer any questions as they came up. The majority of the building (frame, trusses, roof panels) went up over a weekend with 5 guys and some long hours. I hired Zig back to finish the siding after an unexpected surgery stopped me from finishing the building. He did a great job finishing the outside and even found/fixed a few of my mistakes. I would absolutely recommend the services of this company to anyone looking to build a new garage or shop.
