Spring runoff when we viewed house, sump ran constantly. Moved in 2 months ago, existing pump old and questionable. Jose Martinez & Dan did spectacular job. Recommended. Ready for spring.
We reno'd our living space and put a gas fireplace in the corner. The layout of the room meant the corner was the best place for it. Sean then built a wonderful entertainment cabinet around it. It even has a pull-out shelf for the TV that swivels so you can point the TV to any part of the room, which was a great idea. The front is made from a single 4X8 sheet of wood which looks beautiful. The little piece of green tape is so we could open it before the handles were attached. We liked the look so much we didn't put handles on at all, but we did remove the tape! Unfortunately, no before pictures, but that was only a corner with a lone fireplace in it. As well, a piece of conduit in the back made it easy to run cables into the back for TV, satellite, power, etc etc.
Roof, repaired, corrected, reshingled.
Roof of the home was rotting away. It turned out that the roof extension of a previous addition was done incorrectly. Sean redesigned the angles so they were correct and shed the water properly. No more rotting roof! Sean's great with wood, but as a structural engineer he can make it do anything, and does it right. Thanks GNS!
