Overpriced and Unprofessional. Charged $400 for a very straightforward 45-minute fix. Didn't bring a rag or bucket; forgot why he was there; did not bother to protect area around plumbing, so destroyed brand-new waterproof tile backer. Ignored emails. Look elsewhere.
